Turn Around Time

Proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 7 - 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased.

Extra edits are serviced later after initial packaged photo’s are returned.

How many people can I bring to my shoot?

I recommend a total of 2-4 people for anything outside. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures and we end up shooting way less than we were suppose to But it’s up to you. Bring the whole family if you want!

Inside studio shoots keep it down to 2-5 guests if not being shot please.

Will I receive every image that is Shot?

No, I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.

Do you travel?

Yes!

How do refunds and deposits work?

All photoshoot booking deposits are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible for any refund. Edited work that has been delivered is also non-refundable due to the time, resources, and creative effort invested.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of unavoidable "Acts of God" (such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen emergencies) that prevent the session from taking place. In such instances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit at our discretion.
